GEDx is a major event organized by GDG Algiers, inspired by the TEDx format. It brings together students, professionals, entrepreneurs, and tech enthusiasts to explore technology, entrepreneurship, AI tools, and innovation through talks, hands-on workshops, panels, and networking spaces.
GEDx will take place on February 7, 2026 at ESI Algiers (École nationale Supérieure d'Informatique). The event will run from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
You can register for GEDx by clicking the 'Register' button on this website. Registration is free but limited, so we encourage you to sign up early to secure your spot.
Please bring your laptop if you plan to participate in workshops, a valid ID for registration, and your enthusiasm for learning! We'll provide everything else including meals and refreshments.
Yes! We have workshops for all skill levels. Each workshop listing includes prerequisites so you can choose the ones that match your experience level. Some workshops are specifically designed for beginners.
Absolutely! GEDx is designed to foster connections. We have dedicated networking sessions, break times for informal conversations, and a closing ceremony where you can meet speakers and fellow attendees.
